Senator McGuire, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                              
State Affairs Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                                                 
NO. 186(FSH) "An Act relating to sharing with certain federal                                                                   
agencies records required of sport fishing guides; and providing for an                                                         
effective date." Without objection, the bill was referred to the Rules                                                          
Committee.
